Registered Dietitian, RD

My career in nutrition has been rooted primarily in clinical practice, spanning both acute and long-term care settings. While this foundation has been invaluable, one of my greatest passions lies in working one-on-one with individuals—engaging in meaningful conversations around food, body trust, and demystifying the often contradictory (and frequently unscientific) messages surrounding modern diet culture. I strive to cultivate a space that encourages openness, vulnerability, and genuine connection, recognizing that nutrition is not just physiological—it is deeply personal and, at times, emotionally complex.

I believe that nutrition extends far beyond meal plans and goal setting. My approach is centered around understanding your unique story and offering personalized, evidence-informed guidance that supports both your physical and mental well being. My practice is body inclusi, and I welcome clients of all sizes, backgrounds, and identities.

While I would love to support everyone on their nutrition journey, it is important to me to practice within my professional scope and offer care only where I am best equipped to provide meaningful support. To ensure we are a good fit, I ask that you complete the online intake form at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled session. This allows me to review your information and, if necessary, reach out with a referral to a colleague or service that may be better suited to your needs. The dietetic community is collaborative, and I am confident I can connect you with someone who specializes in your particular area of concern.

Please note that at this time, I am not currently accepting clients in the following categories: pediatrics (under 18 years of age), pregnancy, and individuals with active, diagnosed eating disorders

A Typical Session

A typical nutrition consultation is 30-60 minutes and centers around personalized, patient-led dialogue. During our session, we will explore your unique nutritional needs via a nutrition assessment. We’ll cover health concerns, and your goals in depth, with ample opportunity for you to ask questions and steer the direction of our discussion. While I arrive prepared with key discussion points and evidence-based insights, I prioritize creating a collaborative space where you feel empowered to guide the conversation according to your priorities.

Following each session, I provide a comprehensive summary document outlining the key themes we covered, tailored recommendations, and curated resources—including relevant articles, podcasts, recipes, and research links. This allows you to remain fully engaged during our session, free from the pressure of note-taking, while ensuring you leave with a clear, actionable plan to reference between appointments.

I typically suggest a follow-up session 4–6 weeks after our initial meeting, depending on your individual circumstances and the complexity of our discussion. That said, all follow-ups are entirely optional and based on your preferences. If I believe a follow-up is unnecessary, I will always be transparent—my recommendations are grounded in your best interest and clinical judgment.

I highly recommend scheduling a complimentary 15-minute discovery call. This informal meeting offers an opportunity for you to ask any questions about my scope of practice, better understand my approach, and determine whether it's the right fit for your needs. It also enables us to begin building rapport and, if necessary, allows me to refer you to another registered dietitian whose expertise may be more aligned with your goals
